SPF (Sender Policy Framework) = these are TXT records on your domain that authorize certain servers to send mail using your domain name. An example of your SPF record might look like this:
You can only create one SPF record for your domain name. If you have an existing SPF record, you will need to modify your existing record instead of creating a new SPF record.
DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) = a signature any sender can apply to their email messages. This signature makes clear that the purported sender of the message is actually the sender of the message. An example of this would be us signing our messages with influencing.com domain to confirm that the message was actually sent by "Influencing"
1) From the homepage, go to your profile image > Email settings

2) Down the bottom you will notice "Sendgrid domains". We use SendGrid as an email provider for all outgoing mail. To authenticate, click on Add a domain and put a domain into the modal window..png)

3) After this, SendGrid returns three CNAME records. The user should pass the CNAMEs to the administrator of the domain who then provides the needed settings in DNS.
For example, a user works for some "Company" and has an email someuser@company.com. "company.com" is a domain that a user should put in the form.

4) Once you have finished entering the records, click on Verify. It shall look something like this example below:
