How to remove contacts from your media lists
When anyone requests to “unsubscribe” from your media list, you get an email notification. The system won’t remove the contact from your list automatically, so to manually remove them, please follow the steps below. There are 2 ways to do that:
1. Find the journalist/outlet using our quick search bar:

Go to the contact’s profile > Click on the
‘Lists’ tab (it will show all the lists where he/she was added to) >
select the list by ticking the small box next to the list’s name > Click on
‘Remove’

Another way to remove contacts from a media list is to go to
the list itself and search for the name of the contact. These steps are especially useful if you need to remove
multiple contacts from a list at once.
1. Go to
‘Contacts’ >
‘All my lists'
2. Search for the list you wish to view and click on its name
3. Search for the contact you want to remove >
Tick the selection box > Click on
‘Remove from list’
